Booking a wedding with me and becoming part of the Hayley Jayne Weddings Crew is SUPER simple!

If you feel ready to move forward after our initial phone consult, all I need is a signed contract and flat retainer fee of $1000 to hold your weekend date (message me for special weekday pricing!). Don't worry, the retainer counts towards your full balance! As I learn more about you as a couple and your wedding plans, we will decide together how I can best serve you on your wedding day, and I'll create a custom collection for you. Then I'll break up the remaining balance into equal payments over time!

1. pop the question

I would love to say "YES!" but I need some information first! Fill out my Wedding Inquiry form and I'll get back to you within 24 hours. We'll set up a call or in-person meeting to see if we're a good fit!

2. save the date

If you're ready to commit, we'll make it official. Once your contract is signed and retainer is paid, I'm yours!

3. the session

Each wedding collection includes an engagement session so you can get comfortable in front of the camera. I'll assist with location and wardrobe planning!

4. wedding prep

as you plan your best day ever, I'm happy to be a resource for vendor information and timelime guidance. I check in about two months before the wedding to learn about special details, family formal photos, and anything else you want captured!

5. the best day ever

it's here! the day you've been waiting for finally arrives and i'm with you every step of the way. I can't wait to watch as you marry your true love!

6. the afterglow

ask you bask in newlywed bliss, know that I'm working hard to perfect the images from your beautiful wedding day. you can expect your collection to be delivered within 8 weeks.
